Friar Paolo Martinelli, O.F.M.Cap., director of the Franciscan Institute of Spirituality at the Pontifical University Antonianum has been named Auxiliary Bishop of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Milan by Pope Francis, giving it the title of bishop of Numidia Musti.
