On October 29, 2024, Prof. Martín Carbajo Núñez delivered a talk to Franciscan friars in formation in San Diego, California. The topicwill be: "So that they might have life". The Later Rule of St. Francis. Prof. Carbajo argued that this Later Rule, one of the four foundational Rules for consecrated life, holds significant inspirational power in today’s secularized society. He highlighted that it is not merely a legal document but also a spiritual guide, offering a way “to live according to the pattern of the Holy Gospel.”
