Summary : This second part of our study more thoroughly examines the bond presumed between the critical thought resulting from the Franciscan movement, that looks at optical physics, epistemology, ontology or theology, and the critical spirit of modernity alienated from a common approach to merit and evil, singular and universal, before tackling the question of the relationship between identity and institution, with their emblems and the formation, which they induce.
