Summary: The article proposes a synchronic analysis of Mark 3,1-6. It carries it out in three steps: the preliminary investigations (the delimitation, criticism and segmentation of the text), the exegesis of the text in its unity (the explanation of the passage according to the structure done previously), and the direction as function in the immediate and broader context (his contribution to the Marcan work). The greater attention in the research is turned to the semantic analysis. This allows the author to point out both the semantic field of the words and the points of reference in the text of the gospel. The author arrives at the conclusion that the text of Mark 3,1-6 is presented tightly connected with the message of the entire gospel of Mark. The first breakup between Jesus and his adversaries in Galilee (cf. 3:6) will have its continuation throughout the course of the Marcan work (cf. 11:18; 12:12; 14:1), up to the trial of Jesus before the Sanhedrin (14-53-56) and Pilate (15:1-5).
