.
Summary: The article focuses on Nature and Spirituality of Nature as case example of New Age. Similar radical departures from main-line Christian thought into Nature Religion aspects can be traced as arising in both schools of thought: pragmatism and transcendentalism; and flowing through the cultural milieu of the American Experiment into New Age Spirituality. The focality aspect represents the necessary New Age process of re-focus of the quasi-mirage aspects of the physical universe in order that the true, underlying spiritual reality might be identified.
