Summary — This study has a double purpose: 1) to define the nature and orientation of the recent movement in psychology, usually called the «third force » and originally represented by A.H. Maslow and some other psychologists; 2) to expose the concept of human person given by this school, in so far as it is respectful to the spiritual dimension and in harmony with the christian view of man.
